steves
The Dillon 550 press I purchased in 1991 has its first problem . The primer feed mechanism quit working . I called Dillon this morning and explained the problem. The rep said we are sending you a new primer feed setup and you should expect it in 3 days. I was happy as can be with the press and now I am even happier because of the Dillon service I experienced.
wwillson
I'm really impressed as I read other forums and talk to others with Dillon products. I don't think I can remember a single instance of someone needing a part replacement that didn't get it for free under the no BS warranty.Wayne
Moe
Years ago, I used a Dillon Square-Deal in .38sp for loading ammo in PPC matches. I broke the operating handle on a Wednesday night and called Dillon on Thursday explaining the problem. They sent me a new operating handle and it was at my house on Friday so I could finish loading ammo for the match on Saturday. First class service from a first class company.
