wwillson Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 One of our members brought in a find for everyone to see. A K-Mart 22 semi auto 22LR made in the Philippines! The universal reaction was, "never seen such a beast". One member came in late and from clear across the room he said, "I've got one of those". He proceeded to show everyone how to take it apart, then cleaned it. Dirtiest gun I've ever seen, I'll bet it hadn't been cleaned in it's entire life. Lots of tiny parts and small springs - not what I would call fun. Has anyone ever seen one of these? Know when it was retailed by K-Mart?Wayne Quote
Arkie_Lefty Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 Used to buy 22 ammo at gunshows that was made in Philipines. HOT!! Was pretty acurate though. Haven't seen it in years, wish I'd a bought thousands of rounds and saved some of it for hardtimes. Can't for the life of me remember the name now! There were rifles floating around the shows from the same mfgr. about the same time.Bob Quote
Arkie_Lefty Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 YES! Pretty sure the rifle Wayne mentioned was probably made by them also.Bob Quote
Moe Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 I don't remember where, but I was searching the net for ammo during the frenzy and someone had some Armscor .22 ammo for sale. I just don't remember where it was. Quote
RLH70 Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 A friend of mine has one, pretty unremarkable, never paid much attention to it. Think he bought it in the mid 80's. Quote
