Try using 91% isopropyl alcohol in a sprayer bottle instead. It's way cheaper, way safer on most all finishes as opposed to brake cleaner, and it's non toxic. Works just as good.

Yup, this stuff is awesome. I don't like shoving rods into my barrels so I've always been partial to foaming bore cleaners. It's truly amazing how well this product works without the use of rods & brushes.
