The 9mm is way more sensitive to pressure increases as compared to 45. I started loading 9mm last year . No really big deal once you get going.
-
That is ok!!!

I am pretty hot on the Dan Wesson 1911s.
-
My dads Mod 11 Remington . I havent shot a shotgun for 9 years.
-
I use Breakfree CLP or equivelent myself.
-
I need to buy some kind of Kel Tec because they are advertising on the Michael Savage radio show.
-
Also you now have to stock up on ammo!!!
-
It is without a brake .The rifle was mfg in 1960. The recoil isn't really superbad but I have shot 20 rounds through it on the bench and that was enough.

I went to the range and shot my dads Ruger 10/45 and a S$W 442? [airweight snubby] I enjoyed myself. I glass bedded my Dads 300 Weatherby last week and reassembled it and am dreading to test it out. It has noise and recoil beyond bench shooting. It is a 1960 mfg rifle and I went to the store when he bought it new !!! To me it is a treasured keepsake and it has probably no more than 300 rounds max through it .My Dad would check the sights [scope] before going deer hunting and only shoot it if there was a deer in the sights. The stock showed some cracking at the recoil lug ,so that was the reason to glass bed it.

I have trouble with stationary targets trap etc is way too much for me.
-
Don't you bed the barrel on a 10/22 instead of the reciever "whatever the proper name is for the part.
-
I usually fixate on one for a while then switch untill I get tired of playing with it then switch again.
-
I use dryersheets as well they work and are Free.
-
I purchased one earlier this year . So far it has been outstanding.
-
My Dad has a 300 weatherby and the recoil when benched sucks "O.K. I am a pansy"

The soft rubber grips feel good but I would agree clothing sticks to them.

I wonder if S@W rushed the manufacturing due to the rush to fill the demand?
-
I would go with Leupold . I like how they stand behind their products.

I was able to try a race gun wuth a holographic site and I was impressed with it . I would compare it to a peep site with a huge peep and the dot would grab your attention. The holographic site may not be what you were thinking about but I though it was interesting .

Hard to say I have shot 1903 Springfields and M1 Garands, M1As and AR15s and the 30 carbine. I like them all. It would depend on my mood before I could pick a favorite. Garands are nice.

When in doubt throw it out.

A supressor would be nice to cut down the noise but a smg is too pricey to feed.
