wwillson
I just noticed that Lee makes a straight wall pistol case bulge remover. This may be very useful for those that the glock-like pistols with unsupported chambers? I have resized some 9mm range brass that the resizing die leaves a slight bulge ring around the base of the brass. So far this ring hasn't caused a problem with feeding, but I can imagine how it could. Does anyone use this or a similar bulge removal die?Wayne
Bill_in_Utah
I've never used one but would think that once you did I'd be checking the OAL of the brass just in case. Prob would not be a bad thing to do with brass that you pick up at the range. (though I've been using it for decades with never a issue)
steves
I have had a problem with 40S@W case bulges and I ground most the taper part of the sizing die. So far so good. I use a Dillon 550.

I use a Dillon 550. You ground the mouth of the die flat so you could get the carbide resizer closer to the shell plate? Seems like it would work if your die is long enough.Wayne
