wwillson
All,I've been reloading 45ACP for a while and will probably start reloading 9mm soon. As far as I can tell reloading 9mm is functionally the same as reloading 45ACP. I plan on using the Lee factory crimp die to full length size, but put little to no taper crimp as I do with the 45ACP. Anything else I should be aware of?Thanks,Wayne
RLH70
Just pay close attention to overall length, never seat the bullet too deep so you don't get unsafe pressure increases.
steves
The 9mm is way more sensitive to pressure increases as compared to 45. I started loading 9mm last year . No really big deal once you get going.
steves
The 9mm cases seem really small at first.
Arkie_Lefty
Component size is so different, you just can't interchange bullets or brass! Bob
