It sits on top of the bench, but the odd part is the case stays still while the die gets lowered instead the case getting raised to the die. There are times when that could be handy, like when dealing with compressed powder charges or when trying to keep a tiny .17 caliber bullet in place in the case mouth when seating.The linkage resembles the Forster Co-Ax to me.Retail is $269.95, but real world price will be???
