I just got one for dispensing rifle powders. Played with it a little tonight and it seems like it will work great. Anyone else use an automatic powder dispenser?

Lets hope that shoe polish doesn't rub off on your clothes.

I've tried Wipe Out bore cleaner once and it worked really well. I haven't used it more because I just got the stuff.

Good luck, sounds cool!

Hornady Lock-n-Load AP die bushing loosening
Tom replied to wwillson's topic in Metallic Reloading Presses & Equipment
I make sure to tighten them until they are fully seated, usually with a wrench. I broke a bushing when it came a little loose and I was neck sizing rifle cartridges. -
Tom wants..... What scope are you going to top it off with?

I had to backorder a magazine for my M&P from Midway. It showed up a couple of weeks later. I've rarely noticed any M&P magazines in stock anywhere.

From what I can decipher, you would adjust your recoil spring to match a particular load. For instance if a competitive shooter was loading .40 S&W "lite" it would not cycle the action with a standard spring. Conversely if you load really hot loads you need a much stiffer spring. I'm not sure there is anything to gain by tinkering for no reason.

He was also featured in American Rifleman magazine. Great story.

Have you thought about getting one through the CMP?

never go full retard! It needs these

make sure the magazine is firmly seated. Mine will seem seated but not actually be home which causes feeding issues.

S&W M&P is available in 357 Sig. It's just a barrel swap and you can shoot .40 S&W (or vice-versa, shoot 357 out of your .40)

I think it's a great show that shows "gun people" are normal and have fun without shooting each other when they are angry.

Air drying will work fine just try to shake as much water off as possible or they'll spot/discolor.

It's not a "toss them in for 3 hrs" and forget process. I use some citric acid (Lemishine) and a little dish detergent, it gets them very clean but not super shiny like tumbling. Then they get a rinse in the sink and a US cycle of clean clean water. Finally a blast of compressed air to remove most of the water. I like the US cleaner because I can clean other parts in it also.

I'm using a harbor freight ultrasonic cleaner for brass but it's not as easy as a tumbler.

Here's a nice P210 for sale. http://www.egun.de/market/item.php?id=3135569 I did a short write up on my K31 here: http://www.practicallyshooting.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=3282#Post3282 I have a Swiss Products clamp-on mount but am waiting for scope rings to mount a Redfield scope. I'm also finishing up a nice monte carlo sporter stock.

Tom needs a P210.... to match my Hamerli built K31 of course!

Herter's from Cabelas is just a generic house brand for ammo. Actual manuf. vary but the steel cased stuff is Tula.
