  1. I use h4831- have not tried much else
  2. You may want to check out Hornadys new bullets, made for long shooting and is available in 7mm 162 grain bullets. I have used 162g bullets for many years- works great so far but have not shot 1000 yds.
  3. No-middle looks to be a Sharps?
  4. gun cases are not a place to store guns-lesson learned I suppose.A friend left his 270 in a case, luck was with him as it had just started to rust,we were able to clean it up without having to re-blue.show us the result in a few
  5. It sure looks to be the same action as my Parker-stock is the same also.Parker used a true Mauser action witch some folks did not care for.Nice gun
  6. I have a RCBS that I've had for thirty years-no trouble with it,ever.I am not in that big of a hurry to need a progressive.
  7. Sell is never going to happen-I have given a few to my children.
  8. Redfield is going to start up again. They were bought by Leupold and will start on thier own brand name soon.Look up Redfield on Google for web site.
  9. I purchased a unmarked 410 bolt action with a adjustable choke in a hock shop in 1962-gave $20 for it.Shot lots of rabbits and various birds back then,I still have it.
  10. Model 70 Winchester(7mm Mag)-Have others but this is my favorite.I Wish they still were in production.
  11. I use carb cleaner on my 22 pump-the wax from the loads builds up and the action will not eject-carb cleaner was shown to me by an old friend(gunsmith).I do not get it on the stock.
  12. Just joined the forum-I am a hunter and shooter.Have been reloading for quite a while.Love to hunt and shoot.Got my elk this year,a long drought.
